What Causes Unwanted Calcium Deposits? and A Natural Remedy

Ridding the body of unwanted calcium deposits can be aggravating.  Especially if they interfere with walking or movements within muscles.   After doing many hair analysis, I found that when a person is under a lot of stress ~ be it a trauma, emotional or mental upset, physical changes, both internal and external stress, the calcium and magnesium mineral levels are shown to be elevated and sodium and potassium levels decrease. Keeping our stress levels down, and taking positive action to minimize stress can save your health.  Biochemical changes in the mineral levels can affect our bone health, your metabolism and your thyroid and adrenal health to mention a few.  Too much stress can affect the body’s biochemistry and create numerous complications as in this situation; bone spurs, calcium deposits in soft tissue, gall stones, and kidney stones.   I work with Analytical Research Labs and here is a brief synopsis of what happens when calcium deposits form in the soft tissue.

Slow Oxidation And Osteoporosis (from www.arltma.com/Articles/OsteoporosisDoc.htm

Osteoporosis also occurs in another biochemical state called slow oxidation. In this state the adrenal and thyroid glands are underactive. Hair samples from these individuals reveal elevated calcium and magnesium levels, together with low sodium and potassium levels.

In this situation, calcium is not adequately retained in the blood. Sodium and potassium are solvent elements that help maintain calcium in an ionized form in the blood. When sodium and potassium levels diminish, there is a tendency for calcium to leave the blood and precipitate into the tissues. As the blood calcium level diminishes, calcium is withdrawn from the bones to keep the blood calcium level adequate. Over a period of time osteoporosis can develop.

A Natural Remedy to Try ~ The Amazing Apple!

I have used apple cider vinegar from Braggs as a natural remedy to dissolve calcium deposits. I suggest a tablespoon of Braggs apple cider vinegar in an 8 oz glass of spring water and drink 2-3 x’s a day if you have bone spurs or a in soft tissue.  It is also good to just take once a day for your health.

Apple Cider Vinegar ~ The malic acid content of apple cider vinegar helps to dissolve calcium deposits in the body and eases arthritis. It also helps to balance the body?s acid-alkaline pH levels and oxygenates the blood, thus aiding digestion and boosting the immune system. Enzyme-rich, cider vinegar contains the perfect balance of 19 minerals.  Resource: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-432155/Eat-cheat-age.html#ixzz2LjximqXY

A year ago I met an older gentleman who loved to walk and dance.  (80’s).. but due to bone spurs on his heels and on the top of his foot, he couldn’t get his tennis shoes on anymore much less his dancing shoes.  I told him about Bragg’s apple cider vinegar (has the mother in it – all those apple nutrients) and suggested he try it.  Well he drank it as I recommended but then went cold turkey!  His spurs were gone in 3 months.  He was determined to walk and dance again.  If you can start drinking unfiltered apple cider vinegar, you may be surprised at what may disappear and your health improve.
