Kate Montgomery is a Certified Touch For Health Instructor and Consultant. She teaches TFH with a practical and functional approach to self care health for the serious athlete, professional and non-professional who wants a personal best, and to maintain their health and well-being. Her classes are fun, interactive with full participation by all.
