Once these muscles are released from pain (trigger point therapy), (A set of 4), she teaches you how to regain range of motion in the hip joint, resetting the ‘Q’ angle, retract the knees (the patella) and reset the foot pads to give you a more stable foundation to support the lower back. Following Kate’s instructions for self-care, allows you to take responsible charge to help maintain muscle integrity and bilateral balance, pain free.
