“Beginning in 1994, I became affiliated with the Montgomery Method.
I have utilized the techniques in hundreds of ergonomic and work injury cases.

“I have been suffering from repetitive strain injury for almost a year now and have been in and out of doctor’s offices, physical therapy, and tried every medication out there. Kate’s book is the first and only thing that I have found that works! Within 15 minutes of opening her book, I was in less pain, after two days, I had significantly decreased my pain, and three weeks later, I am finally on my way to making a full recovery!”
__Ian Anderson
Technical writer
“For six months I had been suffering with symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome and wore braces on both arms. After a one-hour session [of the Montgomery Method] I was amazed at the immediate relief I experienced. The next day I was pain-free!”

“Your book has been a miracle resource for me in dealing with pain in my arms and wrists from 10+ years of mouse use. I reviewed 7 or 8 books on RSI and Carpal Tunnel. The techniques in this book include actions that are “manageable” to be and require 15-20 minutes. Other books were suggesting a complete life makeover. I used these techniques and my pain was 75% gone…I hope to have full recovery soon. I don’t have health insurance and thanks to your book I have been able to rehabilitate myself. So very special thanks for this book.”
