Health and Vitality that when understood, can heal her body,
strengthen her immune system, wash away sore and tired
muscles, stop sugar cravings, balance the energy of the
Hara, (navel energy), wash away fine lines, brighten her
skin and allow her to rejoice in a younger more rejuvenated
body. Her

Set
in the hills of Costa Rica is a spa and retreat center where
the Secret Maps to your Body are taught. In this
workshop you will learn:

stronger immune system.

Each
person will receive her own book:
The Secret Maps of a Woman’s Body – Health
and Vitality,
and after completion of the Secret Maps Workshop, each
participant will receive a special gift - as they become
Spirit Healers.
The
package price also includes three garden fresh vegetarian
meals a day (chicken or fish available upon request), double
occupancy comfortable bungalow tents with carpeting,
electricity with shared bath (upgrades to private or larger
suites available for additional fees), Jacuzzi dips under
the stars, and free time to relax, restore, and rejuvenate
in a breathtaking magical paradise! Airport
transfer is also provided to and from the San Jose Airport.

Montgomery, a Naturopathic Doctor and the author of several
self care books has taken techniques from her books that she
feels will benefit every woman in her search for health care
freedom. In her
class she will be open to answering more than what she
