Maitake mushroom is one of the gourmet culinary mushrooms and have been appreciated by many countries cuisine, such as Japanese, French and Italian.  Maitake contains valuable nutrients and minerals, such as vitamin C, D2, B2, potassium, magnesium, and the important beta-glucan.  Dried Maitake Mushroom is available 1 oz. pack from Maitake Products, Inc.

Directions:
Take the portion of the dried Maitake you need to cook and thoroughly wash it. Soak dried Maitake mushrooms in water for approximately 45 minutes before use. Keep the unused dried Maitake in dry and cool place.
